Christ The King Lutheran Church

Our Mission | The purpose of Christ the King is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to people and make them disciples of Jesus

Christ the King Lutheran Church's services at three different times offer a familiar yet worshipful experience to all members and visitors of the congregation. All services are faithful to the scripture and follow an organized liturgy of praise and worship with the singing of traditional Lutheran hymns, Old and New Testament Bible readings, Children's Sermon, Sermon and Prayer. Worship services are typically around an hour in length.

With this in mind, you may find that the 8 am Sunday Service makes wider use of the members with special talents, to present music from a number of new hymnal supplements and other sources.

At the 10:30 am Sunday Service you are more likely to worship with the involvement of the Senior Choir.

The 7:00 pm Monday Service is of special significance to members whose job requirements limit their ability to attend Sunday Worship. Casual attire is welcomed at this service

Worship Times:
Sunday: 8:00 and 10:30 am Worship Services
9:15 am Sunday School/Bible Classes
Monday: Worship Service- 7:00pm

Holy Communion is received at all services on the 2nd and 4th Sunday/ Monday of each month. The Lord's Supper is a special feast in which Jesus gives us His body and blood for the forgiveness of sins and to strengthen our faith. Christ the King practices "close communion" and we ask visitors to please speak with the Pastor before joining us for this meal.

Baptisms, weddings and other special services are handled as the needs of the members require.
